From the Longhorn Collection, you can prepare steaks and ribs on this fantastic bamboo carving board. The striking longhorn on each end of the board are crafted by hand out of sand cast aluminum. Highly polished, the shine brings out the detail in the longhorn. Hand wash only to preserve the aluminum emblems as the dishwasher will damage the shine. Unlike silver, Arthur Court metalware will not tarnish, but can be brightened as needed using a 100% cotton flannel polishing cloth.
