Re-Deco uses Lladro's original mold and retains their matte or glossy finish but glazes with touches of platinum or even gold, and sometimes monochromatic color, specific places on the porcelain piece, thus creating a new look, often more modern than the traditional or old fashioned mood of the original. In this case we have a dark colored horse with shimmering touches of platinum on the saddle and tack. The horse is on Pirouette, one of the Airs Above the Ground moves of the famous Royal Lippizaner Stallions.
